The Customer Service Support Representative is the back-office support for the Greyhound Package Express Call Centers.  L2 escalated calls are also handled in this position.

 

Key Duties:

  • Provide Package Express quotes, tracing requests, field assistance and complaints via phone/email.
  • Build online orders for Shipbybus customers in a timely manner.
  • Handle all tracing requests via phone/email and assist in Salesforce tracing queue.
  • Handle all L1 and L2 calls as they present in queue.
  • Process all email and written correspondence.
  • Log customer’s complaints / compliments into Salesforce and assist the customers complaints
  • Follow up with updated customer tracer information.
  • Provide order assistance for GPX Customers
  • Additional duties assigned by Management

 

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years Call Center / Administrative.
  • 1+ years Customer Service experience.
